We will reimburse the full cost you incur in returning the following items to us:
- Items we delivered to you in error.
- Items with delivery location, not covered by our courier company.
- Countries under any trade restriction with/from EU and Russian federation
- Countries which requires additional certification or does not allow our products.
Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.
Orders Delivery Mode
Tukens has tied up with CZ Post in Czech republic and MainBox for delivery of goods worldwide. Items referred in “on-line shopping” in this website are the only ones available for delivery purpose. For any other product or packaging, you may contact us directly. If you choose to access this website from locations outside the Czech Republic area you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply.
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on his order within a reasonable time indicated on the Website according to the destination of the order and the conditions specific to the shipping carrier. The shipping time is for information only and is not guaranteed. Tukens.com cannot be held responsible if delivery is unduly delayed because of local customs or any other reason.
In case courier company is not able to contact/varify recipient, goods will be returned to us and no refund will be paid.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within your chosen date, we will inform you. In this case, order can be cancelled by us, subject to response from you within 24 hours. In case we do not hear from you, order will be dispatched without date & time obligation.
If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer service On-line quoting the order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.
Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which makes it understood that the goods were received in good condition. However, if upon opening the package you find something missing or broken, please contact us immediately.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services on-line. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.
Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel it.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our customer service as soon as possible. You have option of replacement of the item with the correct one otherwise we will reimburse according to the return policy.
Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

Availability of Items and Substitution
We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:

- Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item; or
If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

The final price of the Products (hereafter " The Price ") the Customer intends to order, is indicated on the summary screen of his order and includes the following :
- The price of the product in referred packing;

The Prices are denominated and payable in EUR or CZK. Any Price calculated in currencies others than the EUR and CZK is given for information purposes only. The Customer can inquire to their credit card company about the rate of exchange applicable between the EUR and CZK with their currency.
You may pay for the items which you order On-line by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure On-line order form providing by GoPay or Paypal. We can also issue you e-invoice to your e-mail. Advance cheques are acceptable; goods delivery is subject to it’s clearance. Cheque posting/courier charges are to be borne by you.
When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount. If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
